He = have. He comido pozole antes (I have eaten pozole before)
Había = had. Ya había comido pozole antes. (I had eaten pozole before). Same meaning as in English. The speaker is eating pozole at the same they say they already have had it.
Hayas can also be translated to have, but in this case the verb is restricted to a condition. Cuando hayas terminado de comer, podrás ver la televisión (When you have finished eating, you can watch TV).

Okay, creo que "he" se usa en el presente como si esta pasando ahorita o recientemente en la vida, y "habia" se usa a decir lo que paso en el pasado? (Perdon que no puedo usar accentos por mi computadora jaja) Esto es correcto?
1. Yo he hecho muchas cosas para la agencia (recientemente). = (recently) I have done many things for the agency.
2. Yo habia hecho muchas cosas para la agencia (en el pasado). = (In the past) I had done many things for the agency.
3. Has vivido en Corea del Sur (recientemente o en tu vida)?
Respuesta: Si, habia vivido en Corea del Sur cuando tenia 4 anos y despues movi para los Estados Unidos (en el pasado).

@Lupitachiquita15 exactly though there is no much difference with each other ( donde dice me moví para los Estados Unidos sería mejor y más formal decir “ me mude “ es mucho más normal decir eso
