I'm a little confused about the past tense of the verb "가지오다". Why does it become 가져왔다 and not 가지왔다 when it is conjugated into past tense? Can someone please explain? Thanks in advance.

Risposta살 뻔했었어 also makes sense👌 but 뻔했어 already means the past tense so you can just say 살 뻔했어요 simply :)
