they are both correct and the sam but 2 is more used for regular speech.

both are technically correct but 3 is more normal than 4. 4 is a little bit awkward i guess.

"that i know" is usually ment for the end of a sentence and "as far as i know " can be used for beginning or end. but yes, they both mean the same thing.

yes " that i know of" can be put in the beginning or end of a sentence just like "as far as i know of" but "that i know" is put at the end
