How to remember the Conjugaison des verbes？It’s hard to remember……especially the Verbes irréguliers.

It very difficult for us when we learn it as kid. This must be even more difficult when french is a foreign language.

For speaking french, just listening to enough french material for enough time might be enough. Like for instance watching a french movie, with french subtitles, making sure you understand it well, then listening to it again several times, with more or less attention to help it sink in, then do the same with another movie/episode.

For spelling, just reading enough might work to help feel if the spelling and conjugation is right. But I'm not sure at the end there is really a way around drilling through it.

If it's for use, and not for an exam, it ok-ish to not be perfect on conjugation. Even our french newspapers have spelling and conjugation mistakes theses days.

You will probably get a better answer from someone who is learning french, I do hope there is some tricks I don't know : )
