I'm begging of you"が少し不自然だと思います。"I beg of you"の方がいいです。
Basically, it tells you that the speaker is asking someone with more power than them in a situation to do a favour.
It is more common to say "I'm begging you" to someone with similar social status (社会的地位) while you might say "I beg of you" in a much more formal situation to someone who has much higher social status.

@Dustpie when I use that to someone with similar social status, I should use”I’m begging you”.
When I use that to someone with higher social status than me, I should use “I beg of you”. Is it correct??

@nana72349116 Yes, that's right. But please be careful with using this phrase because it conveys strong emotion and it does make the speaker sound very desperate.
