「こちらこそありがとうございます」 を言いたいんですか
Thank you, too でもいいし、
「Thank YOU」でも言えます
これの場合Youをアクセントを強く入れて、「私より「君に」ありがとう」 みたいな意味になっちゃいます。
You はYOUとも書けますし、文章だとItalicsでもいいです。

@pokapoka5 hmm. It's not wrong, but not as common? Likewise, I think is more often used in cases of compliments.
"I really like your fashion sense!" "Likewise!"
"Nice to meet you!" "Likewise!"
Personally I would just go;
"Thank you!"
"No, thank /you/!"
