"I have to go to my part time job after school, so I can't play the game with you."
This would also work -> "I have to work after school, so I can't play with you."

@u-1 it does sound natural, but we don't usually talk about our jobs like that unless it is important to the sentence. Since you are telling someone you can't play because of work, it's usually something we just wouldn't bother saying.
When I was in High School, I had a part time job at a restaurant but I would never call it my "part time job" even though it was. I would always just say something like "I gotta go to work." And then if someone asked I would say, "I work part-time at _____."
