'Topline' refers to gross sales/revenue of a company. I'm not sure about the context of this paragraph bit I think it's about some sort of forecasts for a product. Here, they are talking about a product and how it has been segmented on various basis.
On the basis of geography, the market covers the gross sales in all the major countries.
I'm not sure if I explained it well but the gist is that "topline numbers for the value of major countries" means the gross sales of the product being talked about in major countries.
