can you correct my mistskes?
Dear Mr Timothy Dalway,
I am writing to complain about the unnacceptable treatement which I received in your restaurant with takeaway meals yesterday evening.
First,on our arrival,I was informed that our order had been mistaken send to the wrong destination.After 10 minutes,we were offered another meal gratis for the compensation.The whole situtation made me waste a lot of time and get me and my friends nervous.
Secondly,when the missunderstanding with wrong destination was clarified,the food we ordered to our hostel was mistaken.In the boxes the dished were completely different from what we choose.We had ordered the whole menu for the evening when I was make order.Therefore,we had to wait for the dishes for over 60 minutes.
I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the staff were unwilling to explain anything.Moreover,I'm expecting an apologise at the part from your stuff and financial compension.
Summing up,I suggest you should provide your staff with proper training to prevent such incompetent behaviour in the future.What is more,I believe that the sequence of pleasent situations which I experienced in your restaurant entitles me to financial compensation.
