It is "will".
I have a question about the beginning of the sentence, "He has be he the next president..." Was it an error? I am confused by that part of the sentence itself.. 😅

@Lena613 sorry to make you confused my bad I meant to say "he has to be" by the way thank you for your answer!

@Lee_96 Oh! Then it may be would... Even as a native speaker, it's a tough question as they are almost the same in this instance. I am pretty sure however, in that case it is 'would', because they are trying to say that under those certain circumstances that he becomes president, he would bring the country back to former glory.

@Lena613 thank you so much!!! what a great explanation ,but I've got one more question even in this situation? 1.He has to be the next president, He (will/would) make our country great again.
- Inglese (Stati Uniti)
@Lee_96 Omg.. ;; It's really hard even for me. If you are simply speaking, nobody will notice the difference if you use either in that situation. But I am assuming you are needing help for homework.. I think it is "will". The reason is because in the other one, it was talking about reverting back to past, "..back to former.." But in this case, he is only doing it once again, but this time in the future.
Here is a link that may give you a better understanding on will vs would: https://www.grammar.com/search/Will%20vs%20would

I am sorry, this is a really long explanation! 😅

@Lena613 I'm so sorry that I'm giving you a hard assignment... because I'm trying to figure out the difference clearly eventhough a lot of people wouldn't care that aah anyway thank you for helping me and the link!!!

@Lee_96 No no, it's okay!!~~ I really enjoy helping people! ^^
I hope I was atleast somewhat helpful for you to understand it better 💗
