Hi English (UK) native speakers! English is my 4th languages. I'm not sure if my sentence below correct, the flow natural and not rude. Please, help me out! THANKS!! :)


➡️ (Since years ago/age ago/time?), the shopping industry has always been everybody need. These place are where people shop for food, clothe , households items and among others. Consequently, the use of trolley is useful to make it easier for consumers carry their groceries and other items. However, mostly the trolley type used now is the traditional type. This old-style traditional trolley still faces some problem, for example, imagine how would a customers feel when they have to face challenging situations such as a crowd in a shop, especially with the current Covid-19 pandemic, also having to wait in long queue, and lastly sometimes there might be a mistake due to big quantity of items in the trolley when the cashier scans the items at checkout counter. It is such a hassle to the customer to have to wait there until the cashier is done fixing and adjusting items at the system counter. We’ve all been there!
