Since only a limited number of students can be offered the opprtunity for visiting your university, the priority is with ones who submit their invitation letters earlier, so I'd appreciate it if you could send me that invitation letter as soon as possible, so that I won't lose this great opportunity. Sorry, I am writing the message on behalf on a university student ( in Iran) whose professor ( in Englang) wants to invite him to abroad for visiting the university and if possible stay there as a research team member, but there are other students that like to go to that university, so students who submit their invitation letter to Iran university, will go to that university in England! :) ( and only a fixed number of students can be sent to England) :)

( instead of " a limited number of students can be offered the opprtuninty to visit your university...")

If I want to use " quota scholarship" in my sentence, how should use it ?

I don't know what a quota scholarship is. I'm sorry.

You could, in theory, use "scholarship" in the paragraph, but I find that it sounds awkward.

I would probably say, "Since the university can only offer scholarships to a limited number of students, priority is given to..."
