Hello to everybody!
My question relates to the usage of "let- phrases" in formal texts. I encountered this sentence (see below), and there is no pronoun or noun after "let" — which I am used to see often.
Is this sentence correct? Or is it a mistake? If it is correct, can you tell me what the rule is, please 🙏

This looks like a typo. I think this should say "Let's / Let us pause in this exploration..." I've never seen someone use "let" as it is in this sentence. :)
