Domanda in primo piano
@Jorgezuela Well, I am about to make things worse. 🤣 We actually should say “It’s continual learning.”
Check out this page that explains the difference between “continuous” and “continual.”

(The difference between continuous and continual is something that a lot of native speakers don’t understand.)
“Continued learning” sounds like it went beyond some known limit. For example “There is a training session on Tuesday, but there will be continued learning opportunities throughout the month.”
And it could be that way with your first example, too. Maybe they asked their first questions, and because of his suspicious answers, they kept asking more questions, so there was “continued questioning.” (They kept asking questions beyond what they originally planned to ask.)

They’re very similar. “Continuous” would mean it never stopped. Something “continuous” has no breaks.
“Continued” questioning just means they kept asking questions, but they could have stopped and re-started many times.
