What are the meanings of these parts of the text below?
"I went Back down"
"or else they wouldn't. "
"Be gone and..."
I went Back down later and of course the floor supervisor was in the dude's spot like I specified
And head of ops gave me a nasty look man f**k you this is unacceptable conduct obviously you're not managing your supervisors correctly or else they wouldn't. Be gone and the floor employees wouldn't be using 2 brain cells

This wasn't written by a very literate person.
"went back down" most likely is the same as simply "went back", but there might be an added nuance that going back to the floor involves physically descending (e.g. the speaker is normally one or more floors above).
In the other two cases it seems like the period is there by mistake. It should be "... or else they wouldn't be gone ...". Without more context, I'm going to guess that the speaker's issue is that floor supervisors were not at their posts (were gone = were away).

Thank you!
So, is the speaker saying something like this?:
"If you were managing your supervisors correctly, they would be here and the floor employees would be doing their job properly (because with the supervision, the floor employees wouldn't have to use what few brain cells they have)."
