I might be stay in korea in 2018 for 3 years to study in university. But what i'm concern is how much living cost per month in korea (such a food, transportation, shampoo, etc)? and about the housing cost too... what's average price to rent a house/apartment per month in there? (can be an entire apartment studio or sharing room). Is it enough if my budget is 1.100.000 won /month for my daily living cost and apartment rent /month?

Are you planning to get your own place, or would you live in student housing? Dorms, 학속집s, officetels, and room shares will cost between 300-500,000KRW per month. Know that the space will be tiny and will most likely have to be shared at least partially.

If you want to get your own place, especially anywhere near the universities, you need between 5,000,000 and 10,000,000 for a deposit and must pay monthly rent on top of that. The deposit will be returned to you after you complete the housing contract, but you won't be able to touch that money during that time. Monthly rent with a 5,000,000KRW deposit in university areas is usually around 600,000KRW and higher for a small studio apartment, and with a 10,000,000 deposit it is usually around 500,000 and higher.

Also keep in mind you will have to pay 관리비 and bills on top of this. Sometimes the 관리비 includes part of the bills, like water or electric, and sometimes these are individual. Usually in total you can expect to pay about 100,000 a month in bills/관리비 on top of your monthly rent and deposit.

Eating and drinking in Seoul isn't cheap. It's cheaper than Japan, but an average meal is about 10,000KRW. Don't forget about phone and Internet bills as well, or doing anything fun/touristy and traveling while you're in Korea.  I live in Seoul and I spend about 100,000-120,000KRW a month on public transportation. When I lived in the countryside, I owned my own car and spent about 100,000KRW in gas plus 600,000KRW per year for insurance and about 150,000KRW per year on registration.

It depends on where you live but in my case I lived in Seoul and that budget was enough. You don't have to share with mates but not the house/apartment though. Maybe you can find a quite cheap officetel. Or else you should try to get a studio.
Even in seoul it really depends on where it is located if it's nearby subway or if it's in like gangnam.
