・どれぐらい勉強になったのですか。とても勉強になりました。
I respect her a lot. / I have a lot of respect for her.
・How much do you respect her? A lot.
・彼女をどれほど尊敬するのですか。とても尊敬します。
（注）"I have a lot of like for her"とは言わないので、"have a lot of respect for"や"have a lot of admiration for"や"have a lot of appreciation for"などと、"have a lot of （＿）for"の（＿）のところに使える単語が限られているので、セットフレーズとして覚えておいた方がいいかもしれません。
