I just want to make you an offer that will work for you as much as it works for me. Or at least help you know what your other options are just in case your house doesn't get sold. I have found that most for sale by owners dont know what they're doing. Homeowners selling by themselves simply don't have the time to devote to the process, don't know the market value, don't understand market reports and don't properly market the property. So, I ask this because if you need to kmove I could make you a different offer or at least tell you what your other options are to get your house sold. My experience is I don't want to waste my time or yours. that's why I'd like to know this upfront. I'm not asking what's in your bank account, just asking "why not?"
