Awesome !! thanks a lot!!! I was watching a video about It .. and there was an expression there .. when the butcher said the top sirloin price .. he used the word "starlings"... like: "It is 27 Starlings per kilogram." .. do you know what "starling" is?

@TeacherHarry It seems like the butcher is in the UK, because their currency is referred to as "sterling." He is saying that each kilogram of top sirloin costs 27 GBP.
