As it mentioned in the reply I've sent, أنْ is "Adat Nasb" so it makes the present verb after it Mansoob
- لقد أردتِ أن تلعبي معهم لكنهم طردوك
- ألن تسأمي من تكرار أفعالك؟
- أن تصلَ باكراً خيرٌ من أن تتأخر فتضيّعَ المفيدَ
"وأنزلنا إليك الذكر لتبينَ للناس" (it originally was لأن تبين)
Also, the whole sentence (I mean أن + it verb) called مصدر مؤول
So, أن تصل -> الوصول
أن تلعب -> اللعب
لأن تبين -> لتبيين
