Che cosa significa subpoints ?

Once we’d chosen the problem, also called “the plot” of the presentation, we needed to get into the plan and the plan needed to have about three (and no more than four) subpoints.

In this case.. A subpoint is an idea that supports a main idea. It usually adds information you have gathered from sources or other details that are important to say. Let's use "Main Point 1" from the example above.

subpoints are ideas or facts that fall under the category of the above "point."

Ex.
1. Animals are dangerous.
a. Elephants can injure people.
b. Lions can attack safaris.
c. Cats can scratch people.

Here, a., b., and c., are subpoints. 1. is the overarching or "head" point. You could say 1. is the "leader" and a., b., and c., are points that fall into the category of the main point or logically make sense BECAUSE of 1.

Ideas that support the main plot.

subpoints are also known as subtopics. they are ideas or topics that support the main topic, or are related but aren't as important. Maybe even just hings to consider.

for example:
if "the plot" in this case is: Why am I tired?
subpoints could be: lack of sleep, too much work, uncomfortable bed
