He likes to eat the sky. (good English, bad logic)
He likes ice cream to eat. (good logic, bad English)

Both are good logic, they make sense.
For 1.)
it's better written as "I have never seen any of this before." "Everything here I have never seen before." "Everything is something I have never seen before."
For 2.)
it's good logic, and good English.
