@Aesi if you want to stress the fact that your don’t have enough money, then yes :)
If you wanted to stress what your choice would be (compared to what others might choose) you would stress “I’d”

With no context, I would put the stress on "had" and "house".
Personally if I was going to stress the "if" I would say "I'd buy a house IF I had more money."
