Does this sound natural?
I know it's not really a big deal
But I'll choose to buy some flowers for you today
Then I'll come back
Would you wait for me?
(This is part of the lyrics I translated)

There's another translation. How about this?
I know It's not really a big deal
But I'll choose to buy some flowers for you today
I'll come back soon
Wait for me, baby/sweetie/honey?

I'll come back soon
Wait for me, baby/sweetie/honey?

Lyrics often don’t sound natural because they can be stylized.
The unnatural part is “I’ll choose to buy”.

You could omit “to buy”, but you could also omit “choose” instead. Either would sound more natural.

@Jxj3 Thank you. If you were to rephrase this sentence without changing the meaning too much, what would you do? 😅 It doesn't have to be in the form of lyrics.

“It’s not a big deal” is very casual/informal. I wouldn’t rephrase it, personally.
Alternative:
It’s no big deal, but I’ll get you some flowers today. If I’m coming back, will you wait for me?

@Jxj3 Thank you very much!
Is "will you wait for me?" formal? The situation is a man saying to his girlfriend.
