Yes, but it's much like the difference between British English and American English. I would also say that Canadian French sounds less elegant than France french.

Some phrases may differ in Québec than France but the grammer is more or less the same😄
french in Canada is a bit more "rough" than french from France! I guess French canadians speak with a strong american/canadian accent you see😅 which makes it hard for French people (like me) to understand them!😄

I speak English but based on what I can hear France French is more nasally, also the québécois seem to want to get rid of every English related word in their language
