@floo0 bad ass guy is a guy who is just savage, he abuses, he just enjoys, he's aggressive.....
so, he sings using careless words, abusive kind of I guess

Badass means tough and cool and intimidating (not abusive and aggressive like the other commentator said...), so it just means the singer is singing in that manner

They are both right and wrong…slang word usage can certainly mean different things to different people, depending on the context. Generally speaking, however, badass as it is being used in such context means very good/great/awesome/excellent.

@LyleSnake A pair of sunglasses, an attractive person, and a fancy car can all be considered badass, but, so can anything else you like and believe is cool; it’s subjective.
Someone may refer to someone who is tough - and who maybe looks cool wearing sunglasses - as badass; however, that doesn’t mean he/she likes to fight. Yet, someone may refer to someone else who is a great fighter as being badass.
Badass in a negative - albeit many times, a humorous tone - as it used here in the states, usually refers to our children or someone else’e. (Think Bebe’s Kids)
