계시다 is a high honorific of 있다.

있다 가다; we can break this as "to stay(to be), and leave". But 30분만 더 있다가 가 means "Please just stay 30 minutes more" not "You can leave in 30 minutes".

있다 - 있으시다 - 계시다
가다 - 가시다 -가시다 (Don't have its ultimate honorific)
You can combine "있다 가다" or "있으시다 가시다" "계시다 가시다"

In order of honorific level (In my personal though)
오랜만에 봤는데 조금만 더 있다가 가.
오랜만에 봤는데 조금만 더 있다가 가세요.
오랜만에 봤는데 조금만 더 있으시다 가세요.
오랜만에 봤는데 조금만 더 계시다 가세요.
