To say "X is good at Y" is stating a general fact or opinion. She has a skill for singing, so she must be good at singing. But you don't say "She is good to sing" when you want to state that one has a skill for singing. It's quite unnatural.


But I think, "She's good to sing" has the same nuance as "She's good to go" or something like the other common phrases.

It's as if one is allowed to sing, or could continue singing for something. Perhaps, a vocal oach could say something like that when referring to a student who wants to sing for a recital. "Yeah, she's good to sing" as in "Yeah, she could proceed singing.."

But I rarely hear "X is good to sing.."
