If that's exactly what they wrote to you, then their English is off to begin with. haha.
They should have said "(I) hope you have a wonderful day".
The most natural reply to that would be:
"Thanks. I hope you do too."
I don't understand what you meant to say by "It would be"... so no. That's not natural.

I posted that I was playing golf today. Then he replied to my post, “Hope to have a wonderful •••”. I also replied on “Thank you, it would be.”
I used this massage to tell him that It would be (a wonderful day if my golf score will be good.)
Again, what do you think my reply.? Is it unnatural?

"Would" implies that you're talking about circumstances *different from reality*.
If you didn't score well at golf, you could say "It WOULD be a wonderful day if I had played a good game."
It's more natural to say "It will be, if I play a good game."
Side note: You mean to say "teach me".
Let me teach = 「教えさせて」
