A1) yes, all of the sentences have the same meaning; with or without commas in this case does not change what they mean
A2) no, “slowly” does not modify the verb “getting”, “are” actually modifies the verb “getting”
A3) sentences 2 and 3 do mean the same thing, however, for proper grammar sentence 2 is better
A4) sentences 4 and 5 do mean the same thing, however, for proper grammar sentence 5 is better
A5) yes, a native English speaker could use sentences 3 and 4, but without the commas when written down, it isn’t grammatically correct
