Do you think this behavior -of the male- is normal and accepted in the Chinese society from the majority of females? (As a natives mainlander; Please feel free to mention the percentage that you've encountered of male and females who refuse and accept or normalize it)!.
&What do you call this behavior!, Do you have a specific definition for it?
Thank you!🙏.

Are you referring to man-spreading? There isn’t an equivalent widely accepted in Chinese. People may use words like 岔开双腿坐/岔腿坐/大爷式占座. Some females (and probably some males) find this annoying especially when the man is occupying the space of adjacent seats. I don’t know if this behavior is accepted by the majority of females but it’s definitely ever so common.

@YDai Nono
According to the online Oxford dictionary, "manspreading" describes “the practice whereby a man adopts a sitting position with his legs wide apart, in such a way as to encroach on an adjacent seat'. It is a behaviour that is commonly spotted on public transport.
No i'm not referring to it.

Oh sorry😅 Now I got it.
There’s no word for that behavior in Chinese either. There’re indeed some men who don’t want their girlfriends (or daughters) to dress too revealingly outside. I guess mostly females would understand and just comply, but sometimes they may be disobedient and think men are trespassing on their rights. Too bad I can’t give you any specific percentage.
