Guys alone can either mean the plural form of guy and the slang for people. Such that:
My friends are all guys. (an example of the first definition)
Hey guys! (a form of slang greeting)
But when you say "you guys", it just actually emphasizes the speakers feelings towards their audience. Such that:
You gotta listen you guys, the project is due tomorrow.
In conclusion, there's not that much of a difference and I hope this helps

Guys is not actually sexist. At least not that I know of. It's a pretty popular slang. "You guys" however, just empathizes a person's feelings towards others.
Such that in the said example, you guys just expresses that the speaker is really desperate and eager to have his/her group's cooperation to finish the project.
Basically "You guys" means the same thing as "guys"(slang). Sometimes you is just meant to emphasize feelings. This is why "you" is omitted in some cases.
You can say "Hey you guys!" or just "Hey guys!". Eitherway, its the same.

Be is more of a verb that has more uses than become.
Become implies that someone or something has changed or "become" into something else.
example
You could be living your best life if you have become your greatest self
