Carbonara is a specific kind of sauce.
"spragetti" is not a word. I suspect you're thinking of spaghetti. It's a specific kind of pasta.
Pasta is a type of food made with water, wheat, and occasionally eggs.
A noodle is a piece of pasta or similar foodstuff, typically long, thin, and rigid when uncooked and supple when cooked. It can apply to spaghetti as well as other types of pasta, as long as they share the key characteristics in terms of shape, i.e. having a simple, elongated form. Many noodles, such as spaghetti, are not generally marketed as such, while other kinds of noodles are almost always known simply as noodles, or subcategories of it with "noodle" is the name, such as with pot noodles.

Carbonara is an Italian dish that has pasta and a sauce made from eggs and cheese.
Spaghetti is a type of long pasta.
Pasta is a type of starchy product made from dough that usually made with durum flour (very common in the Mediterranean) and is formed into different shapes and sizes, for example spaghetti or macaroni. They are Italian in origin.
Noodles typically refer to the Asian way of making the similar product. The difference is the process and also ingredients. Noodles usually have ingredients such as salt or sodium carbonate, and are not usually made with eggs.

@beached10 Yeah. I suppose I could have elaborated on that, but I did ostensibly touch on it in that I mentioned that what are technically noodles aren't always labeled as such.
And, of course, if you were to call e.g. farfalle "noodles", then you DO deserve having a nation of 60 million people hating your guts.
