"who" in questions is always singular, regardless of whether you're addressing multiple people or not. That's just the way it is.
While there are situations where I could technically accept "who want" if I really thought about it, all of them require prior conversation or context, and regardless, "who wants...? " is essentially never going to be incorrect, so it's better to just always use it as a singular pronoun, because then you're never wrong.
