It might be that the speaker lightheartedly disagreed with some suggestion, but then says, “... but don't mind me at all, tomorrow is your day. I don’t really mind.”

Don't mind me. Means don’t pay any attention to me.

or,

You don’t need to consider what I said. I don’t want to be selfish. It’s really what you want that matters on this particular occasion.

Oh, difficult to explain...!

• to mind [something] or [someone]
== to take care or interest for something or somebody.

• don't mind me
== don't take care or interest for me.
→ literally or ironicly:
▪︎Yes, I has fallen down, but don't mind me!
→ might be "me" == "something I have just said".
▪︎I have told you what must you do, but don't mind me!
→ Not so correct, it is used as "I do not care".
▪︎Frankly my darling, don't mind me!

Acabo de ver "Spanish (Spain)", en español:
• don't mind me:
→ No te preocupes por mí. (No se preocupen, no os preocupéis, etc.)
→ No me hagas caso.
(Me hagáis, haga usted, etc.)
→ También lo encuentras como "no me importa" pero no es del todo correcto.

You and Axeliia25 contribute so much to this site, and it's a pity you don't get recognition for that, but on this occasion I think you're mixing up 'don't mind me' with 'I don't mind' in the last example.
You had good reason to question it.

I do not remember, I am afraid, to have the pleasure (yet!) of seeing @Axeliia25 around, I will be looking forward to. But I am so impressed you have paid any atención to me! I have just joined this community a few weeks ago and I still think of myself as a real beginner. I recon you have gathered that one of my passions is language, its grammar, its usages, estructures, exceptions... with all its nooks and crannies! Nowadays German has all my heart put into it and it is the real reason why I have entered this site in the first place.

I always do or I try to do my best, and I wish sometimes I could express myself more accurate. You can not imagine how a Spanish German English keyboard and my so called friend, auto-correction, can make me jump around all over! As for movie references, here is a grate one:
