"würde" is simply a mistake, it should be "wurde korrigiert", and that's the past passive voice of "korrigieren" (i.e. "was corrected", an abbreviation/shortening of "I corrected it/that")

@Halala Oh Thanks, I saw they usually use this kind of tense to be polite (like brauche > bräuchte) and I thought "würde" here might be the case.
