Is studying in canada expensive for international students? Is education system in canada good? How about the living costs? Is it easy to find jobs for foreign people. Are they well paid? And which city is affordable and good to live in?

@Oel_13 It is a bit more pricey for international students but depending on what you are studying it may or may not be too costly.
I know for UOC (University Of Calgary) I had an acquaintance ask me this from the states, she wanted to learn English for her career of being a writer.
For Canadians with 3 courses it was roughly $1000, for international it was roughly $1400, the cost also covers universal dental and health care for international students, sometimes the cost can include books and recreational services as well.
Most of these costs covered are mandatory, usually it also covers universal transit passes as well.
So usually international students are not just paying for the courses but also mandatory health and needs costs as well to make sure everything is taken care of.
The education system is very good, judging from my knowledge of the high school I attended, I was able to study the basics of running a business then and it has helped me currently.
The cost of living in Canada is quite expensive, but you can opt for a meal plan at the University/College to cover your meals as well under the original courses costs, I think it depends on the college though.
As a foreign person finding a job I'm not sure how easy it is to find a job since I personally haven't experienced it, but I imagine there are programs to help you get a job during your studying period.
It depends on the province with how much you get paid minimum wage, in Alberta it's $15/hour.
The most affordable city I'm not sure of, but the most expensive are Toronto and Vancouver.

Canada is a vast country and the answers to all those questions will vary greatly from one area to another.
As an example, tuition for a year for international students at University of Toronto costs about 80k cad (If I remember correctly), whereas the University of Alberta would be closer to 30k cad.
These are both on the pricier end of what tuition costs, there are Universities that are cheaper, and you also have the option of attending a college. Colleges are typically cheaper, and offer two year diplomas. However, sometimes they have an agreement with a university that allows you to take your first two years at the college, then upgrade to a degree at the university.
Price of living also varies significantly, but generally the more rural you go the cheaper it is.
Work depends on the field that you want to go into, but based on my limited experience, you typically will find it only slightly more difficult to find work and will be paid the same as a local.
Regarding cities, it really depends on what you want.
