I am not sure what you are trying to say in the first sentence. Sentence number two, I would say, “our stores’s phone number has never been listed in the phonebook, not even once, so nobody has called us.” If I were to make more changes, I would say,”our store’s phone number has never been listed in the phonebook. That is why nobody has called us. “
