I ate three slices of bread and two cups of tea for dinner. sembra naturale?

I thought "I ate ~ and drank ~." were correct. Can you "eat" two cups of tea?

Yes, you eat food but drink drinks. ​​"I ate three slices of bread and drank two cups of tea for dinner."

You can also say "I had three slices of bread and two cups of tea for dinner".
