You can also say “I am a 20 year-old”

@calista_j most people just reply with “i’m 20”. don’t listen to the others😅. the most natural sounding way is to leave it out.

@calista_j It's not about being formal. It's about being concise. People sometimes just say "I'm 20" but adding "years old" is not "formal" or "old fashioned". It's just another longer way of saying the same thing.
