People from Spain. Those who speak Spanish natively are simply Spanish Speakers. Culturally, people from Spain and Latin America can be called Hispanic but not Latino, that refers to just Latin Americans.

Actually, "latinos" aren't Latin American people, but Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian people, as all our languages come from "latín".

According to wikipedia:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hispanic–Latino...
Though often used interchangeably in American English, Hispanic and Latino are not identical terms, and in certain contexts the choice between them can be significant. Hispanic, from the Latin word for "Spain," ... potentially encompass[es] all Spanish-speaking peoples in both hemispheres and emphasiz[es] the common denominator of language among communities that sometimes have little else in common. Latino—which in Spanish means "Latin" but which as an English word is probably a shortening of the Spanish word latinoamericano—refers ... to persons or communities of Latin American origin. Of the two, only Hispanic can be used in referring to Spain and its history and culture; a native of Spain residing in the United States is an Hispanic, not a Latino, and one cannot substitute Latino in the phrase the Hispanic influence on native Mexican cultures without garbling the meaning. In practice, however, this distinction is of little significance when referring to residents of the United States, most of whom are of Latin American origin and can theoretically be called by either word.

@deJonghans I can't open any of those links. Anyway, what I was trying to say is that Latin American people are incorrectly called "Latinos". Same as people from the USA shouldn't be called "Americans" as if there weren't more countries in America...

@AlexiaFoster: You probably don't know the distinction between Latin people / Romance people and Latinos...

I didn't express myself right, I'll start again.
I know the word "Latinos" means "people from Latin America". Now, that is true only in English, because in Spanish the word "latinos" (not in capital letters) doesn't mean the same as the word "Latinos". In Spanish "latinos" refers to people from the countries I mentioned before (Spain, Portugal, etc). So, what I don't see right is that Latin American people also call themself "latinos", and they do it because people who talk English call them "Latinos".
I think he shouldn't have asked a question about English in the Spanish section, because this can bring confusion.
In summary:
"latinos" (Spanish word)
-> Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Romania
"Latinos" (English word)
-> Latin American people

@LeeB997 la palabra «latinos», no hace referencia a América, sino a todos los países cuyos idiomas vienen del latín (Imperio romano), entre ellos esta el español, el portugués, el francés o el italiano.
Latinoamérica hace referencia a países americanos con idiomas procedentes del latín, como Brasil, Argentina o Cuba.
También hablamos de Hispanoamérica, es decir países americanos de habla hispana (español)
