"I have a meeting (...) 18:30". What should I put in (...) right before "18:30"? At? By? I know it's elementary knowledge, but I never had it explained to me. And just to be clear, by "18:30" I mean time.

Both , but when it's 20:00 we would just read it out 8 pm , just depends on the person which one they use here
