Do those sentence above sound natural?
And is there any difference?

Those 2 phrases are a little unnatural. Try something like "I've become fluent in English" or "I've learned to speak English"

Also, I think "gotten" is always wrong. Maybe there are exceptions, but I'm not sure if I know any.
