You can use both but "러닝" is just the english word "running" into hanguel, but 달리기 is the korean word.

But there is a slight agreement that 러닝(or 런닝) is an abbreviation for 런닝머신 which means the running machine(treadmill). So if you say 러닝 then some might think that you've ran on a treadmill rather than run outside.
