Informal. I would probably write it "Ah" or "Oh". But I probably wouldn't write this sentence at all since it is fairly informal. Perfectly acceptable for speaking though.

RispostaIt's entirely ambiguous, English does not like negative questions, they're generally only asked when the speaker is expecting a certain answer.
