I would like to visit Thôn Mường phồng in Điện Biên during this Tết holiday.

I will departure from HCM city by flight and

I heard that I don't need quarantine to stay at TP Điện Biên Phủ, but my girl friend is now quarantine in Thôn Mường phồng.

Is it Ok that I arrive at TP Điện Biên Phủ and move to Thôn Mường phồng without quarantine?

@jsleesl I think if You get enough vaccine, You will have to isolate for 3 days. If not vaccinated, quarantine for 7 days. I'm not in HCM city so I don't know the exact information. but definitely quarantine
