Not really about Japan, but about stuff that has originated in Japan.
I have been listening to the following songs of Japanese origin lately, and I've been trying to find the meaning behind them or even trying to decipher the message they are trying to convey:
1. ReBoot -JimmyThumb-P
2. The World is Falling in Love -OR- Sekai wa Koi ni Ochiteiru
(from Ao Haru Ride)
3. Bad Apple!! (from Touhou Project)
4. Overfly -Haruna Luna (Sword Art Online Season 1 Ending Theme 2)
5. Courage -Haruka Tomatsu (Sword Art Online Season 2 Opening Theme 2)
6. Tell Your World ft. Hatsune Miku -livetune
Again, I'm looking for the meaning behind the songs, I'm trying to find out what they were trying to tell people with the song.
For me, these songs hold a place in my heart... Yet I can't figure out why. I think that if I understood the messages within the songs, I might understand why they hold a place in my heart. Though, ReBoot, The World is Falling in Love, and Overfly are the ones I'm mostly after. These 3 just... I don't know... they make me feel like I have a purpose and what I've gone through is necessary to prepare me for... something... (Wow, feels so awkward to put it like that, but I can't really think of any other way to say it so... yeah.)

I know the song ReBoot and I've read the interview of JimmyThumbP.
He said like
"I have a specific story in my song; in every songs I made.
but I'd like to leave people to read the meaning behind, so I take leave to try not saying anything about my songs.
Because if I say something, what I say might be the only one CORRECT.
I don't mind if people feel different story in my songs; no matter if that's very different from mine. Every people have their each way to feel, and it's fine"
in his interview.
