Should I say “这是找钱” or “这是零钱” in the following situation?

*Scenario: I go to a store to buy something, the total comes out to be $7.00, I hand a $10 bill to the cashier and she gives me $3 in change. Would she say “这是找钱” or “这是零钱”? Or would both phrases work here?

零钱is change, 找钱 is more like the verb to give you the change

“这是找钱” 是不自然的表达；“这是零钱” ，是有一点不自然的表达。
In the scenario, we usually say “找您 $3”。
如果你坚持要表达 “change” 这个词，用“这是零钱”，更加正式一点的话就是“这是找零”。
