@ChewToy "C'ho" is not correct in written italian, Italy is full of dialects and spoken italian change from region to region, the correct form is "ho" but as I said italian natves use incorrectly this form.
C'ho is a short form of "ci ho". In this case is an error (you can't say "ci ho le mie cose", you say "ho le mie cose" ). Principally in central Italy they use often it, but it's a regional form. You may find some correct "c'ho guardato dentro", in this case It Is correct because you can say "ci ho guardato dentro"
