I actually do not understand everything as well from this recording. Here is what I picked up: "Zwei Chirurgen und ein Krankenpfleger sind (...). Geben Sie Bescheid, wenn sie da sind." Then Tokyo speaking: "Ich danken Ihnen." Then the guy again: "Ich habe auch eine Bitte an Sie."

Translation:
"A surgeon and a nurse are (...). Let me know when they arrive."
"Thank you"
"I would also like to ask somethin of you"

It means "let me know". So in this context: "let me know when they arrive"

Short answer: yes. Long answer: almost.

This is a mistake, even Germans make: The word "geb" is not existent. The correct form is "gib". So: "Gib mir Bescheid". And yes this would be the informal form.

In general the imperative of geben is:

Gib (du)! (Informal singular)

Geben wir! (Informal plural referred to a group you belong to)

Gebt (ihr)! (Informal plural referred to a group you don't belong to)

Geben Sie! (Either plural informal oder formal, depending on whether the "S" is written in capital, or singular formal, if the "S" is written in capital)
